Nancy Chen Long is a student in the Spalding University MFA program, she also holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and an MBA. She is employed at Indiana University in the Research Technologies division. As an active member of the Writing for a Change community in Bloomington, Indiana, she initiated a writing circle for women incarcerated at the Monroe County Jail. In addition, she serves on the Library Programs committee of the local Writers Guild, which offers free poetry workshops to the public.
Nancy Chen Long's work has recently appeared, or is forthcoming, in Roanoke Review, The New Sound: A Journal of Interdisciplinary Art & Literature, Weave Magazine, and Two Hawks Quarterly, and has been nominated for a Pushcart prize and the 2012 AWP Intro Journals Project.
Fabio Sassi has experience in music, photography and writing. He has been a visual artist since 1990 making acrylics using stenciling technique on canvas, board, old vinyl records and other media. He uses logos, icons, tiny objects, discarded stuff and shades. He often puts a quirky twist to his subjects or employs an unusual perspective that gives a new angle of view.
