Juliana Dornellas was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She learned how to speak English at the age of 17 and has since developed a passion for writing poetry in English. In 2003, she graduated in English, Creative Writing from San Francisco State University. She has lived in California, London and Rio de Janeiro. But her dream city is Barcelona. Besides writing, she loves musical theater and frappucinos.
L. Aragon grew up in the Bay Area and majored in Art at UC Berkeley. Her art is predominantly influenced by Japanese anime and pop surrealism. Themes she often use in her artwork include consciousness and thought, wandering in unfamiliar places in the world or within the mind, solitude, dreams, spirituality, the nature of reality, and the mystery of life.
