Michael Estabrook is a baby boomer who began getting his poetry published in the late 1980s. Over the years he has published 15 poetry chapbooks, his most recent entitled " They Didn't Leave Notes." Other interests include art, music, theatre, opera, and his wife who just happens to be the most beautiful woman he has ever known.
Hussein Helmy began painting when his niece and nephew asked him how a graphic he had designed on the computer would look on canvas. He bought art supplies, started painting, and hasn't looked back. His love of nature serves as the source of his inspiration. His works are stories with excitement and surprise with the titles adding extra dimension. His work has been at the M.O.T.H. Gallery of Fine Arts in Ontario, and the Grand Forks Art Gallery, British Columbia, and has been auctioned for the benefit of the Make A Wish Foundation of Eastern Ontario and WPBS-TV. In addition to that, his work was picked to appear in The Aurora Review (Spring 2006 issue), Imitation Fruit (Issue 6, May 2010) and Ovi magazine (HELSINKI, FINLAND). Mr. Helmy is an emerging artist living in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. See more of his work on Lady Audrey's Gallery online.
