Brigitte Goetze lives in Western Oregon on a small farm in the foothills of the Coast Range. There she raises goats and garden. After years of scientific writing she has ventured into poetry and essays. Her creative work has appeared in Calyx, Four and Twenty, Outwardlink, Thresholds, Creative Highway, Poets for Living Waters, Mused, Oregon Humanities, Quiet Mountain Essays and others.
Lottie Corley, born Lottie Bishop October 19, 1963 in San Diego CA, to parents Josephine LoCicero and Lyall Bishop was raised in Florida. She now lives in North Carolina where she met and married her husband Michael Scott Corley Sr. Lottie finished her memoirs: Trials and Turbulence, to be published next year. The book deals with her childhood struggles. And Truth is Stranger to be published in November 2011, describes the spiritual side of her life. She is currently working on Snags and Snares which describes her two-year struggle with alcohol. And Within the Mind of Panic talks about her panic disorder diagnosis. She has recently completed her book of poems, From Lottie with Love, which covers many subjects such as child abuse, infidelity, love and spirituality. Her interests outside of writing include God, collecting Beatles memorabilia, golf, psychology, parapsychology and collecting antiques. She has a huge heart for animals and spends a lot of time rescuing animals. Lottie 's philosophy is: there is nothing in the world that cannot inspire you.
